The front desk receptionist was very nice. I was checked in and met with my wax specialist Nayalyn. Nayalyn asked me questions before we started like if this was my first time and I shared with her that is was my first at this place However I didn’t have good experiences in the past with wax. She shared with me the reasons why what happened to me can happen to anyone and she let me know that she would share ways to avoid it happening in the future. We got started and Nayalyn was so gentle and took her time with me. As I braced myself for any pain I noticed that because Natalyn talked to me the whole time it took the pain away. Once everything was done I felt like a whole new person. Natalyn walked me outside and shared with me a few products I could purchase to avoid any skin issues like I had in the past.
