My wife brought our daughter's wedding dress to Douglaston French Cleaners to have it cleaned. We were very disappointed in the service we received. When we came to pick up the dress there were dirty spots on the dress. We pointed this out to the owner and he said there was nothing he could do. After persistant insisting, he finally agreed to try to clean the spots. When we went for the finally pick up most of the spots were removed. The shop is very small and the floor is dirty. I think the spots on the dress came from the dress touching the floor. The cleaning and a storage box cost $400.
