Had an appointment yesterday and the entire area was welcoming and the staff were amazing. With all the restrictions from covid, my appointment still went smoothly and didn’t feel like anything was missing.
First time I have ordered a pair of glasses and was able to walk out the door and see perfectly on the first attempt! I have worn contacts 99% of the time (for 40 years) because I have never owned a pair of glasses I was comfortable in, or could see clearly out of. The staff was so patient and helpful with my selection of frames and with lens choices. A couple minor adjustments were made to fit, and after my first 2 hours with them on they are very comfortable! I am very happy...It's good to know I can choose between my glasses and contacts now...Thank You!
