I tend to be picky about customer service and find it lacking in this day & age but with that said I can’t recommend Anthony enough. Very personable and professional. Came within a days notice and showed up in the earlier part of the time frame. He text a half hour before arriving, was in and out with parts on hand. Cleaned up before leaving. Knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend if you need repair in Suffolk.
Our dryer was making a horrible “screeching” sound each time it ran. We called SQServicers, who were great on the phone. On the appointment day, Anthony called to confirm he was coming, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the situation and made the repair. It’s been a few weeks and no more issues. Dryer works great. Highly recommend them. Nobody WANTS to call a repair company, but if we need to in the future, it will be these guys.
As soon as my Bosch dishwasher had a problem, I called Anthony. It was easy to make an appointment and he had me text a picture of the error code. He diagnosed the problem & ordered the part. It arrived quickly and he was all set to make the repair. I felt that Anthony cared about my home and worked very neatly. My dog enjoyed having him over too.
