The entire team is friendly, considerate, and reliable, showing up when they say they will and clearly communicating in-person, on the phone or via email. We now have the family room we've been dreaming of after waiting so long, saving money to renovate. And our job wasn't easy, requiring a fireplace removal to improve the functionality of our living space, removal of some really secure tile flooring, and repair of 2 major roof/chimney leaks that multiple roofers didn't nail (LOL). They worked hard to stay on schedule and the job was finished as promised. I already have my next renovation project in mind and will not hesitate to hire Bob Goess Contracting again. “From start to finish Ronald and his crew were 5 stars. Ronald and his crew took down our old deck and put up a new one, did a new entry way, brick work around our pool fire pit, brick patio and they even did the top soil and sod install. He took the time during quoting stage to walk me through each step of the project and wrote out a detailed quote to avoid any confusion. We Received 3-4 quotes and he made us feel the most comfortable with the scope of the work. His crew showed up on the days they said they would and showed up on-time. They kept the work site clean after each day and made sure to secure the yard with open pool in the backyard. There was one issue that did arise and Ronald addressed it, fixed it and assured me it was something that was covered under the original quote price. Everything was done with a smile on their face and great attitude. Having a job this boy was scary but every step of the way he made sure to explain the process and it was a huge relief. “We hired Sia from Apollo Contracting. We were blown away by her and her crew. Eduardo, Justin and their crew were amazing! They worked so hard! They did siding, windows, overhang, soffits, gables, installed 2 doors, closed up a door and a window and installed eyebrows over the windows. We chose the Everlast siding which is beautiful! Sia had great suggestions and recommendations! The crew was on time, worked quick, were kind (with my 2 kids, dog and cat running around them!) and cleaned up every day after they were done!
