We have used Richard’s for service now for 5 years and loved their professionalism and prompt service. So when we decided to replace both our central air conditioning and heating systems we didn’t hesitate to have them do the work. Again they were excellent to work with and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Ryan and his team were thorough, flexible with our schedules and clean. Best company to work with
Hands-down, best price I got. Everyone else was just looking to rip out my entirely functional system, and not even consider just upgrading the parts that needed to be.
Without a doubt, best crew of guys I have ever dealt with as far as contractors go. Easy-going, super willing to make on the fly adjustments to things as needed, and very hard-working.

First time customer. Our boiler went out during the night, freezing temperatures. I called Richard’s and they sent Michael A to assist me the very next morning. He came and did a tune up and filter change but unfortunately since our oil tank is outdoors with temperature dropping, he found ice build up in oil line also ice build up at the tank. He suggested I put an electric heater by it and let the sun hit it before he returned in hopes it thaws it out.
