They never answer the phone. I grew up coming here and the providers were just nasty, they love making slick comments. Also, I was told I had to stop coming here at 18 years old while I know multiple people who came here till 21. I don’t want to pull the race card but I believe they aren’t providing the best care for patients of color.

i grew up here and let me tell you it’s the worst.they used to constantly call me fat and make it seem like i wasn’t going anywhere in life. i was told i could no longer come here when i was almost 18 yet my sister had no issue going there until she was 21. maybe it’s because of our different skin colors. also i’ve been calling for months and haven’t received an answer. i’ve left voice messages and haven’t received not a single call back! when i would always go the receptionists are rude and nasty. i’m a front desk in a pain management office and always try to make patients smile. these women don’t have any business working in healthcare. please don’t...read full review

If I could give it zero stars I would. I called the entire morning and no answer. Finally someone picked up at 3pm. She told me to call back in 20 minutes to make appointment. After calling several times after 320pm, I took my daughter there for her ear pain. After waiting over an hour we get call in. Doctor was nice but eventhough I specifically said CVS pharmacy and repeated the address, no medication was sent until I showed up physically at the pediatric office. After calling CVS 3 times and them reassuring me that no prescription was sent after me calling the pediatric office several times telling them nothing was sent, I decided to go in person.
