My family has had Mike do multiple projects on our house and he’s finished none of them. All of the projects were started well over a year ago. Mike put in a new stair case going from the main floor to the second floor. Put down new flooring throughout the first floor. He put in two windows in our basement. He also started building us a new deck. While he does do good work he’s completely unreliable. He would tell us he was going to show up at 8AM to start work and would always show up late, and not just 20-30 min late. HOURS LATE!!! Sometimes he wouldn’t show up at all with no notice. Mike and his guys rebuilt our Pergola which was damaged in recent storms. Their work is simply amazing, We can't believe the care and effort they brought to our project. It looks incredible. In my 69 years on Long Island I have hired countless contractors. Nobody has the knowledge or experience of Mike . He is the best carpenter I've ever meet . Work area was always spotless . What I was told would be done was done , within budget and on time . Always pays to hire Union workers !
