I would like to thank, no actually I’d like to praise Cheryl Davison for her excellence in customer service. Cheryl is a vice president with Long Island paneling and it is no surprise to me that she is in that position because of her great work. Cheryl managed to resolve an issue that I had with one of a Long Island Paneling’s suppliers that I thought was unresolvable. She is a no nonsense but customer service oriented person looking at all sides of an issue. She understood my issue and had it resolved to my satisfaction within two weeks. She is definitely an asset to L. I. Paneling.
