Best gym around for all fitness needs for every age. Mike is amazing and I’ve been training with him for over a year now. The entire staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. Love the atmosphere and equipment. Look no further. This gym is it!
My 4 & 5 year old girls went for their first boxing class and they absolutely LOVED it!!! They learned the punches fast and were excited with all of the equipment. The coach was very nice and the girls really liked her. I loved the whole vibe of the gym. Nice staff and variety of classes. My husband and I can’t wait to take some classes ourselves! I definitely recommend!
By far the greatest experience I have ever had in a gym setting. This place has something for everyone. Kids , adults, senior citizens, everyone. It's a community like I have never seen in this type of environment. Everyone knows everyone and genuinely likes spending time together. No judgment, just encouragement. You really need to check this place out.
