You should get everything in writing before you do business with her and supervise what she does. She quotes you one price and charges you another and argues with you on top of that and she scratched my base boards and didn't dry the closed tracks of water or cleaner after I specificlally told her the last cleaner did the same and make a mess of the tracks
Just find out how bad it is.that’s all.
