“Three years ago my boy almost died and Lewiston Animal Hospital saved his life. Now they are the only vet office I trust for him. They have amazing workers and veterinarians. My boy was comfortable and well taken care of and they always work with me and my budget.“
“Dr Turpel did fantastic work on Teddy’s hip. The staff is very caring and very supportive throughout the surgery and the recovery process. I would definitely recommend Upper Canada Animal Hospital.“
“We loved Dr.Mike when we had our beautiful German Shorthaired Pointer Gucci. He would always tell us that she was a beautiful dog in peak condition and I wish we could have taken her there right before she died but circumstances prevented us and the vet who helped us end her suffering didn't even send us a conference card after we paid them to end her suffering from an inoperable brain tumor ?“
“Fantastic first visit to heartland today to see dr. Jess and Rene ! We switched vets with our 6 and 13 year old cockapoos and had a fantastic experience with the entire office. From getting our records transferred to setting up an appointment to the appointment itself every staff member was friendly, answering all questions we had and absolutely spoiling our dogs with attention and treats! Dr Jess’ realistic approach to our senior dog is appreciated. Happy we made the switch to such a great vets office“
“Tuffy has always seen & loves Dr. ASHLEY since hes been a pup! They gave us both free pup lessons when we 1st went there & he got a free lil doggie kit with a leash, finger brush, toothpaste, & more..!! He loves Dr. PEGGY too!! They feel like family!!! It's been 10 years now and Tuffy wants to see Dr. ASHLEY bc his tooth is bothering him along with something on his eye..thats how much he trusts them. My cat was a patient there RIP due to old age.“
“If you need a vet, Bridgeview is without a doubt the place to go!I brought my dog Panda in at the beginning of April with a lump on her chest. Dr. Paul was able to discern that it was breast cancer, and offered to take the chance to remove it. Despite the impossibility of the surgery, Dr. Paul was able to fully remove the lump and save Panda. She is now happy, healthy and healing!Thank you so much Dr. Paul and everyone else for the care and compassion you showed to my pet!“
“I’ve been to A LOT of vets, for routine and emergency procedures. All of them prior besides OSU seem to price gauge and seem to care more about the green other than the animals. I truly believe many vets in this area are part of some sort of conglomerate and keep prices similar and attempt to crush those that do not comply.
This vet, completely goes against that norm. This was my first experience with them, for teeth cleaning / removal along w a fat mass removal on my Beagle. They were 1/2 the price of other vets in area ($1,500-$2,000 compared to over $3,000).
Not only that, a pet peeve of mine is vets requiring payment prior to treatment, which all in area do. DRIVES ME NUTS! It was refreshing to drop off my dog here and have them say, “we will call you when she’s ready!” And not pull out my credit card. Like it’s my dog, I’ll pay for it. Gerber gets it!
When I went to get my Pup the bill was BELOW the LOW end of estimate!! I’ve also never had that. I always come in expecting to pay high end or over as I always have before. I have had an animal die on the table and they billed the high end!! Apparently the complete procedure was 100% complete and the animal died (w/o CPR) AND they apparently used everything they estimated on the high end. Ridiculous.
Will Gerber always be below low end? No, of course not, things happen. But it is just so nice to see people caring about animals and not nickel and dimeing.
Lastly, speaking of nickel and dimeing her nails were trimmed AND ears cleaned spotless! They didn’t call and ask to do that for the extra $15-$30 other vets charged. They just did it, free of charge!
It’s just unheard of nowadays. All these extras, below budget, friendly, pay at pick up.
They truly care for the customer and I can’t put into words how grateful and happy I am. Thank you!“
“Great veterinarian, great staff, friendly, informative, clean environment, super respectful and caring nature towards your furry friends“
“This is an amazing clinic! I had to have my kitty put down and they were ALL wonderful and considerate... she was in ALOT of pain and they immediately made her comfortable in order for us to say goodbye gave us the time we needed and walked us through all the steps ... the vet who help our baby cross was fantastic and comforting throughout the whole thing... I am sad she's gone but know she is in a much better place now..“
“I believe that they are very good with the animals they care for. I take my dog there all the time and they are nothing but good people and treat my dog in a good manner.“
“We have had this man as our vet for many different animals he has worked on our horse, dogs, cats as well our calfs and has always been excellent at job we have no complaints whatsoever.“
“Today was my first time visiting this Emergency Clinic. The staff were caring and very helpful. Dr. Adel is so compassionate and explained things in a way that I could understand. The prices are more than fair.“
“Our family has been going to Dr.Paul for years, him and his team have given all our pets lots of love and care. We appreciate all they have done for our furry loved ones.“
“My pup has been going here since before we adopted him. He recently injured himself and they were able to get him in quickly and thoroughly examine him without causing him any discomfort. Everyone is very friendly, empathetic and made not only my fur baby comfortable but us as well. He ended up needing meds and I didn't walk out with an outrageous bill. We love it here.“
“I bring my cat Puma here. Always friendly staff. Doc always so sweet with him. He hides!!“
