We used Chase Menkena – Advanced Drywall and Construction Services -- at the suggestion of our local hardware store, and we were glad we took that advice. A large oak tree had fallen on the roof of our house, crashing through the roof and the ceiling of a bedroom on the top floor. The ceiling repair was going to be complicated by the fact that the ceiling studs had been torn out, and the old plaster was over a heavy metal mesh that did not appear to be anchored to the studs. Chase is a great guy to work with. Very understanding, helpful and easy to talk to. Buying a fixer upper on a budget as a first time home buyer has been very intimidating. He made me feel very comfortable working with him and did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Very straight forward! He also got the job done VERY fast and fit me it right away. Chase and his team were very courteous and got the job done very professionally. They did great work and were very reasonably priced. They did new drywall on my entire upstairs ceilings, plastered, and repaired walls then finished with paint, we were very happy with the job done.
