Dan had met with us on our land on time and completed a very difficult survey of our land, he definetly new where to look for the history of the property, and had very thick brush to deal with but managed to get the property surveyed, with four post, he saved us tens of thousand of dollars because if we would of put cabin where we originally going to we would of been on another property. Strongly recommend, very personable and very thorough.
