I needed a company to take care of my rebuild from start to finish without me having to worry about every little detail.That is exactly what they did for me. they rebuild my house and gave me a fresh start that I needed. They have very dedicated and professional crew and they worked hard and fast to meet my deadlines. I was also prompt at paying them the minute they asked for the next payment. They needed funds to do the work, buy the material and pay their workers. I understood that.I also expected them to the Job I asked for, If I had changes to the plan, we agreed on the price and I made additional Payments. Just keep in mind, there is always issues that come up in doing a big job like that, Problems exist in any Job, what to look for is they worked out any issues when they came up and resolved them.Would I recommend them to do a job for me or my friends? The answer is Yes! they are honest and hard working and they will keep their promise to stay with you during the work and years to come.I am sorry to hear that they are getting the bad reviews they are getting but my overall experience with them is a positive one and I love the house they build for me.“

“I am still midway through our project in Greenlawn, NY, but I have to say…Great Additions has been a dream! They work so quickly, it’s amazing to watch. They’re super attentive to deal and anytime I have a question, it’s like they anticipate it and have already thought about what they’re doing to address it. They are super reasonably priced and also are the nicest people to work with. Our project manager, Mike, is particularly great, as we have lots of questions as new homeowners and he always takes the time to respond. It’s only been a month and our full raised ridge dormer looks like it’s almost done! We obviously still have a ways to go with the interior, but it’s crazy to see how they have been able to make our vision come to life. The owner is also a very nice guy and it’s amazing how he’s able to take the time just to check in on our project as well, given how many projects they are usually running at the same time. They did my uncle’s reno in Plainview, NY as well and it’s beautiful. Definitely recommend—you won’t regret it!“
