Quick and easy, I did a walk in at this center for the first time. I was greeted by a lovely reception and seen right away. Just wish my wax girl Tiff was as nice as the reception. When greeted it was just a hello and straight into it. No conversation at all which was a first, the experience was as if I was at the Asians and she didn’t speak English. I mean I’m opening my legs I want to at least feel comfortable you know. But none the less it was quick, yes painful but not her fault she got the job done.
This was my first experience with waxing. I was quite appreciative with some anxiousness. I shared my feelings with Raquel my esthetician; she was warm and sensitive to my feelings. She told me what would happen and gave me step by step process. In addition she took me through a breathing technique which eased my jitters. She did an amazing job. I am pleased with Raquel. I have to mention the very warm reception and clear information about promotions and benefits I received from Ethiopia at the front desk. Joanne’s recommendation of this site is spot on!
