I was contacted by Rist for delivery of a new pool Tuesday May 17th for a Thursday the 19th delivery 3-6 pm . No show no call . I CALLED THEM and was told the truck broke down and it would be delivered tomorrow Friday the 20th . I CALLED THEM for an update and was told they can’t contact the driver . I received no update . Rist lacks basic common communication skills with little to no knowledge of what they are doing . They seem totally disconnected and not concerned about following through . My experience was/is terrible. I would not recommend this company. I give them no stars
Often tardy and not carefully handling of packages in my field we’ve gotten a lot of sensitive our deliveries engines and very particular pieces fuel pumps and such of heavy equipment and it is not handled with care that we would like to say we often cringe when this trucking company is mentioned by whomever we are purchasing from
