My experience at the firm for my estate planning was excellent. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. My dealings with Frank Hemming and April were top notch. They were attentive, courteous, educational, and patient. I do not have one complaint or regret.

My family and I had the opportunity to work with Attorney Frank Hemming and his legal assistant April for my father’s estate planning. Attorney Hemming is/was extraordinary - responsive to and understanding of our many questions, explained the very technical aspects of estate planning in an easy-to-understand way, very accommodating of multiple schedules, and handled our case with care and, of course, some levity when needed. We will most definitely be recommending him, April, and the firm to our family and friends!

My experience with Pierro, Connor and Strauss has been everything that they advertise. I have been working with attorney Frank Hemming on and off since December 2016 on behalf of my elderly mother. Frank was instrumental in getting my mother home healthcare aide services through the NYS CDPAP program back then. I hadn’t the need to contact him again until July of 2023 when my mother’s health began to decline, and she needed additional home healthcare aide services.
