Orkin in Hyde Park is fantastic! The customer service is excellent. The woman who took my call clearly explained the process I needed to get rid of the aggressive hornets that quickly built their football sized nest on my garage door in the front of my house and was building a new one in the back of my garage as well. We also agreed that my house needed to be treated for the carpenter bees that have been here for awhile. The next morning, Jon the Orkin Pro arrived and quickly got rid of the hornets nests and took care of the carpenter bee problem. He is very polite and professional. I’m very happy with Orkin in Hyde Park, NY!
