Don't believe what any of the Home Depot Installation sales reps tell you about their windows/doors "Double Lifetime Warranty." It's simply not true. Labor is not covered beyond 1 year! Look at their contract verbiage below. When I inquired about the discrepancy, this was my reply: "My understanding is the line references our lowest warranty that was available on an American Craftsman window which is 1 year and the others would in essence be an upgrade to it. Placed on line order this morning at 10 AM. Internet page showed 28 of what I was looking to purchase. Waited all day for the email telling me my order was ready. Finally I called and was told they had no one to fill the order but they would do it right now.I asked are you sure the items are in stock and was told yes. Drove to the store and after looking for 20 minutes employee advised items were not in stock. This store is disgusting. Stay away from it they have no clue. If I could give a zero rating I would!
