Very pleased with my windows from Graves brother's. Very reasonable and not pushy sales people trying to sell their overpriced products. I was very happy with the entire process and would recommend Graves brothers Very highly to anyone looking for fair priced good quality windows.
I had hail damage to my townhouse and the contractor came out immediately. the roof was repaired within a reasonable time frame and the crew did an amazing job especially with the clean up. Some of the siding had to be replaced as well but due to the amount of damage within the area there was a delay due to waiting for the materials. All in all very pleased with the work.
I would have given a 5+ rating except for their horrible communication. The process of contacting them, and getting a quote was great. The consultant knew his stuff, listened to us and made recommendations that made sense. Then things went south quickly. After 5 months of waiting, and several attempts at contact, we finally got the Project Manager to work with us. After that, the work, the staff, the final result…all AMAZING! They were quick, professional, respectful, and definitely knew their stuff. We could not be happier.
