I recent had Concord install new plumbing in my ungrounded pool. The crew was very polite and knowledgeable. The work was done in a short period of time and the section that was dug up was returned to almost the condition as before they dug it all up. I am very happy with the work that they performed. Very nice crew.

I can’t say enough great things about our recent experience with Concord Pools in Latham. From Mike in Sales to Torrie in Construction coordination to Jim, the actual builder, and service and maintenance teams, every single person we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, kind and communicative. Our new pool surpassed my expectations at every level and I’m hugely grateful to our neighbor who recommended this builder. I purchased my Master Spa just over 5 years ago. There were some maintenance issues early on that were not handled very well. I believe the business has been sold and has a whole new cast attending such. I had a service call this week which involved Eric coming to my house twice. However Jared and Eric both resolved my issues in a timely and very professional way. Both of them were extremely polite and competent. Hats off to a great team and I can honestly say they are worth every bit of five stars
