Great first time experience from start to finish. Beckie was fantastic, she made me feel comfortable and explained the entire process as she was going along. Made me feel so gorgeous and cannot wait to go back! Everything was clean and all the office staff were so friendly and helpful! 10/10 recommend

They are the best at Chao Plastic Surgery. In particular Becky and the team who I primarily deal with. Always welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Always up-to-date with the latest, innovative products. If you have any questions/concerns they are always willing to listen and come up with a solution. I have been going there over a year now for tox and filler ? Becky is like a magician with the needle. ? Always a pleasure. They make you feel more like family than a client, which I adore. It is always a pleasurable experience. I will be a forever customer ?? ?

No words can adequately convey my overwhelming appreciation to Dr. Chao, Beckie and their entire team. At Forty and after 3 children, I decided to indulge myself and address the unfortunate consequence of my precious babies, my sagging breasts! After several consults at area practices and talking with other ladies in the community, I visited with Dr. Chao and Beckie.

His reputation and experience were unmatched, quite literally a gift to the capital district! Beckie’s clinical insight, professionalism and genuine regard for my comfort and understanding with the process were beyond my expectations, so much so that I now consider her a dear friend.
