They were able to get someone out to look at the work needed and provide a quote very quickly. Excellent communication. Work was done in even less time than they expected by very friendly techs. Will be contacting them for some further work!

Anthony helped us with an emergency situation with NO notice! He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, as were the electricians he sent to our home. We are very grateful for their help and we are definitely going to be customers again in the future!

The team at Caruso is top notch, and I would be grateful if all contractors worked the way these folks do! From our original consulation/walkthrough with Tony to Michael's installation and the final (independent) inspection, everything was handled professionally and efficiently, but with a clear sense that customer service was the goal. Communication was excellent, as was the cost, and the end result was even better than we expected!
