Needed to get two arm chairs & a sofa re-upholstered and could not recommend Bolt Home enough! There were so many beautiful fabrics to choose from & I didn't have to wait long to get my furniture back. Rosemary and her team are very knowledgable & helpful :)

You never know who’s walking into your store. I may look like the homeowner special but my background is architecture, interior design, construction contractor, builder of large custom homes. Yes, I’ve been to Seattle Designers only mall! I know how to hang wall paper, sell it, etc! I was raised by architects.At least say “Hello, I will have time in ___ minutes. Can you wait?” Greet your customers. They may leave a review on Google when they walk out the door. I was in the store for 10 minutes. I said “Hello” and was greeted with a scowl.Customer service is important no matter what’s happening at the moment. -2 stars for being rude. 5 stars for selection... read full review
