No privacy, unsanitary place, surprised that all the staff there are not licensed by the state. The cashier with glasses asked me$20.00 tip. I have never heard of anything like this.Just filed a complaint with NYSED and BBB.

Horrible , cheap massage tables , tissue paper used instead of a blanket . No privacy , staff does not speak English . The worse massage ever , staff hurt me , too rough , but he would not stop hurting me . Cheap products . Will never ever go there again . and insisted on a $20.00 tip mandatory he said . I have never heard of such a thing .

the first time I went I was very please but this time was awful. I had recommended it to a friend who went with me. we got there 5 minutes late but they had started calling 10 minutes before our appointment. When we got there we were told that we would only get 45 minutes for a 60 minute massage we said ok. After the foot massage even though I had tipped them 20% the manager asked for more. He insisted for $3 more. It was quite shocking as he was very persistent. They lost 2 clients. I will never go back....the place has become very sleazy.
