This is an additional review. We needed help with a leaking toliet. This is the second time we have called MJ Plumbing to fix a problem. Their service is always first rate. Jacob arrived on time (This company will text you a reminder of the date and time several days in advance and then as the rep arrives) Jacob diagnosed the problem, fully explained the solution and gave us a written estimate. He is friendly, courteous and really knows his stuff. We highly recommend MJ Plumbing.

“Joe and his team are very efficient and I have zero complaints. His team installed new condenser and air handlers for my home. 2.5 ton and a 3 ton unit. Also worked with the plumber to install a tankless hot water system to provide hydro heat for my home. After shopping the project Maselli HVAC was a great value for what needed to be done. They were able to assess the problem over text messages and necessary images. Chris walked me through all the steps to prevent further damages, worked on getting a compatible unit, and an estimate of the job within hours. Monday morning, Chris and Tommy arrived with the new hot water heater, installed, and left with everything operational as promised. “Called Sunday .. upstairs air conditioner did not work. They showed up Monday morning and David fixed the issue promptly by replacing a part. I have been dealing with this company since we bought our home in Larchmont in 2020. The previous owner recommended them and we continued service with them. “This business is amazing!When I first spoke to Ayshu and Gwen about the leaky outside faucet at the house I grew up in, but now rented in White Plains, they were very understanding of my concerns.I had received an outrageous estimate from another local company that my parents had used for years. The other plumber deemed a valve shut-off was necessary by the City of White Plains, and an excavation by one of their associate construction companies was required. The estimate was over $5000!My parents were school teachers in White Plains. My father worked with plumbers in the summer when school was out of session, and he cleaned furnaces. “I called Joe on a Sunday night. I was lucky that he answered right away! He offered to come right over to fix a clogged shower. I explained that we also had a dripping faucet in that same shower, and I had determined it needed a new part. He said to send a photo of the faucet and if we could wait until the next morning, he could make one trip and save us time and money.
He fixed everything for a reasonable fee. We plan to have him back! He has a team that can do renovations too I saw photos of a recent bathroom renovation, which he helped design, and it looked gorgeous. Joe loves his work!“

I called early in the morning when I realized that I was practically out of oil!I needed someone quick and near my home because it was the Sat before New Year's Eve, and I knew for sure that no one wanted to be on the road. “Before making any decision, we had several companies come in to give us an estimate. Although the quotes were all very similar, we decided to go with Doug and Dain from Able Air. We were extremely happy with everything about Abel Air! We had a huge job, needing our water heater, furnace and A/C condenser and coil replaced. They were very accommodating to our requested start date, even completing the job early.
