Nicole is far and away the best groomer we’ve ever had for our pups! She is patient, responsive, and talented. Our Shih Tzu mix is very anxious and I know that she is treated with extra diligence.

Nicole is outstanding! After going to several groomers in the area like Pet Smart in Ithaca and one in downtown Groton, who neither could "handle" Willow, we have finally found the best groomer. Nicole knows how to handle big dogs and is chill about it. I was told by a previous groomer that Willow would need to be sedated for grooming or have our vet shave her under sedation. Unreal. Anyhow, thank you, Nicole, for your professionalism and talent.

Nicole did a great job at our first visit for a quick trim on my Maltipoo and we look forward to our next appointment with her!Several appointments later, and both Benny and I are very happy with Nicole and her services! She's very popular, so book appointments a couple of months in advance.
