“September 2024: After our great experiences in the past we went back to Halco for installation of our new electric heating and cooling system. Rex and Jake were fantastic throughout the process. They were punctual, communicative, and incredibly courteous. Our two friendly but vocal dogs were eager to be involved in the project despite our best efforts but both Rex and Jake were very polite in dealing with the extra eyes on them through much of the day. My wife and I both work from home and both gentlemen really made an effort to be the least intrusive they could be, which while unnecessary, was much appreciated. Both guys were great at keeping us posted on what they had done and what was next, which I think everyone would appreciate.

We also worked with Justin B. for ironing out all of the details pre-project, and he was great to work with as always (we've worked with him before). We wanted a few different options quoted out and Justin was happy to do so and provide us all of the detail we needed, and kept us up-to-speed with each step of the process right up to scheduling.

October 2023: David and Harrison installed our water softener and were very courteous and professional throughout the process. They were done in a few hours, provided regular updates throughout, and left the area just as clean (probably cleaner) than they found it. I would recommend their services!“

They correctly diagnosed the problem, provided me with space heaters in the interim, and went above and beyond (helping me find a rebate from NYSEG and other details). They work clean, and take the time to make their clients understand what is happening. I was really impressed, I highly recommend them.“

“Jim is highly experienced and you know when you work with him that he is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and has decades of experience. He is someone who my manufacturer recommended who could complete warranty repairs. Not all HVAC folks are willing to do warranty work on systems they did not install. Jim was willing to do this, which was incredibly helpful as my installer was no longer in business. Last fall, a warranty repair was needed to get my heat going.
