A large pine tree fell and landed on the roof of our house at 10 PM, 2 nights before Thanksgiving! I left a message at 11PM that night. Aaron called the next morning. His crew was out for the Holiday but he came out himself that morning to remove the tree from the roof and inspect the damage. There were 3 holes in the roof that would be a real problem if it rained or snowed. So, Aaron went back to his shop and came back with materials to patch the roof for me! Truly a life saver and well beyond the call of duty for "tree care". I had a huge pine tree fall in my yard on a Sunday and left a phone message with Cascadilla first thing Monday morning. I got a callback in about 10 minutes, owner came out to inspect about 15 minutes later. He said they had a light schedule due to the holiday week, and he might be able to come that afternoon...otherwise next day. The tree was gone by early afternoon.
Cascadilla has done tree work at my house several times -- the first under the old owner, and a couple more times under the new owner. Called Cascadilla Tree Service regarding pruning of our fruit trees, and a neighbor's tree, whose branches were extending over our driveway. Aaron came out the same day and gave us the most reasonable estimate. It was a small job, and so it was agreed he would schedule it in-between other jobs he had. With the wind storm we had in Ithaca, Aaron was flooded with additional urgent work, making it harder to schedule our job. We were finally on the schedule, and he and his crew arrived promptly, and worked efficiently, getting the trees pruned and the clean-up done, before we knew it. Will definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone who asks.
