“I had an appointment with Temperature Experts on 8-12-25. Will, came out at 10am to do an audit and inspection of my heating, air-conditioning and gas fireplace. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He went through all my systems, made several recommendations and was on his way after about an hour.
He told me the office would call and get my information for National Fuel as they would be reimbursing me for the inspection he had performed.
When the office called I talked to a wonderful woman named Patti. She got all of the relevant information and she filled out the paperwork for the gas company rebate. These people were very professional, prompt and fair. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.“

Attempted clean out of clog in rain water underground water line, but after diligent attempts turned out to be a break in the line, with intrusion of tree roots and resulting build up of mud and debris. Technician then called in his Supervisor, who scoped the line and determined that a 30-35 foot section was completely clogged and replacement of that section would be only practical solution in light of the break. Both the technician and his supervisor were patient, knowledgeable, and informative, making everything clear as to what happened and what needed to be done. Very impressed with both, and the supervisor has provided a proposed contract for the replacement work.“

Early on a Sunday morning, during the hottest days of summer, our AC failed. We made the right choice calling Musso. There was not an answering service, Jim Zimmer answered the phone and was at our home within the hour. We needed to replace the dated AC unit and after we told Jim that we were entertaining an out of town guest later in the week, he was determined to get our home up and running cooler. The new AC unit was delivered in one day and Jim worked non-stop to complete the job in one day. Jim Zimmer was awesome.
