A big shout out to Ron & Katie in the Lancaster location. I’m snowbirding in NC and my frames broke on me. They were under warranty so I shipped them to the Lancaster office on a Saturday. They arrived on a Monday. Ron & Katie immediately changed out the broken frames for the new ones, inserted the lenses and Ron immediately walked them over to the post office for priority delivery. Glasses arrived on Wednesday and couldn’t be happier. Outstanding customer service by Ron & Katie and the entire Thomas Turtle team!

Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly. They even caught a mistake in my script from the eye doctor and called to verify the correct prescription was ordered the first time. They are limited in what insurance coverage they take but offer other deals to help if needed

The optometrist is very friendly and put me at ease during my eye exam. There is a nice selection of glasses and the staff is helpful. I don't mind driving a bit out of the way for a trustworthy eye doctor.
