We went two weeks ago to The Delavan Hotel It's located in Buffalo near Depew and close to the airport We got a really good deal for a night's stay on Booking The hotel is super elegant and classy Right when you enter the hotel reception was courteous and professional They checked us in with ease Overall the whole facility was super chiq Carpeted hallways on the suites level They play on a soft speaker crooner music like Sinatra and Buble in the hallways The room was amazing!!! Super comfy king bed The bathroom was elegant and clean Walk-in shower Couples bathroom with two sinks They have a nice little gift shop in the lobby area with various nice little items... read full review
We stayed the night in Buffalo at the Delavan Hotel this weekend It's located east of Buffalo between Depew and Williamsville Firstly we could not believe the deal we scored on Booking for the night Got a really good deal Secondly the place is super classy and nice Right when walking in the concierge/reception was super friendly He checked us in with ease and gave us information for the stay He also helped us out when we had a spill of coffee, getting us some clean towels Apologies if I forgot his name ...I know he was working the evening of the 4th...but would definitely give him a shout out for his service The hotel is stunning The premises has various chandeliers... read full review
Typical hotel for people wanting beautiful wooden furniture, a nice walk-in shower and beautiful floors. However, the rest is to be desired... Average mattresses and pillows, no pressure in the showers, no USB port or charging station and non-existent insulation between the rooms. We unfortunately had a sleepless night because of the baby in the next room... not the hotel's fault, but let's see who brings a newborn baby to the hotel... The room card was demagnetized several times during the stay and the employee was very rude and did not want my partner to reactivate it for me, me upstairs already with bags etc who is on a walker… The hotel is beautiful, flashy,... read full review
