“A big shout out to Ron & Katie in the Lancaster location. I’m snowbirding in NC and my frames broke on me. They were under warranty so I shipped them to the Lancaster office on a Saturday. They arrived on a Monday. Ron & Katie immediately changed out the broken frames for the new ones, inserted the lenses and Ron immediately walked them over to the post office for priority delivery. Glasses arrived on Wednesday and couldn’t be happier. Outstanding customer service by Ron & Katie and the entire Thomas Turtle team!“

“This was my first visit at Atwal Eye Care. The front staff was very welcoming. My wait time to be called seemed long, but the receptionist shared it was due to this being my first visit and their needing to get all my information into their system. The staff person who took me back and performed the necessary steps before I met with the doctor was very nice and explained each step beforehand. I was very pleased with Dr. Jurangal. He took time with me and answered both mine and my husband’s questions. We didn’t feel rushed and left believing he was going to do what was best for my eyes.“

“Dr. Lee is very good and explains everything he is doing. He talks to you like a person. Very hard to find doctors now days that take the time to explain. The staff is also excellent.“

“I just had my last follow-up for my cataract surgery on both eyes (two weeks apart). The difference in my eyesight is phenomenal! I no longer need glasses after 62 years of wearing them. My lenses were corrected for distance so I still need reading glasses on occasion yet the difference in not wearing glasses full time is worth the minor inconvenience. Dr. Simmons did my surgery and I am thoroughly impressed with his talent and willingness to answer any and all questions I had about my surgery. I can’t thank him enough! I know of other surgeons in the area who have done the surgery for family and friends who haven’t had these same results. I was apprehensive about the first surgery and anxious to get the second surgery when the first went so well. Not only am I impressed with Dr. Simmons, the rest of the staff is very professional, friendly and efficient.
