The techs and doctors at the Lancaster office are knowledgeable, caring, and very empathetic. My daughter's beloved bunny is old and unfortunately he is entering the end of life. The doctor was so understanding and sympathetic to my daughter, and offered us advice to keep him comfortable. I highly recommend to take your exotic animals here. We also bring our cats to the Williamsville office and have the same experience. We had a very sick little baby last summer and the techs and doctors took very good care of him.
I took my dog there in a panic .. she had gotten into a fight with a rabid racoon. The folks there were amazing. They treated my dog and me with such compassion and still maintained professional treatment. So lucky my dog was okay, but will never forget that she was treated with the caring i
of a family member. I strongly recommend this facility and the wonderful people that work there.
We love all the staff here. We have had experience with almost all the veterinarians on staff as well. They are all so kind and gentle with our pet!

Still the best! Even more wonderful vets and techs on staff now! Dr. Mineo saved our cat when we didn't think we'd ever figure out why he was so sick, and he will be 8 soon! And our new puppy is receiving the best care to manage his anxiety! We love being a part of the Alliance family!
