Detail and service was above and beyond expectations. I've had bad experiences at detail shops before and this was the best service I've gotten. Got my truck detailed for selling it and was even given photos after he detailed it to use for helping me sell the truck. The work that the two gentlemen did on my ducts on October 21st was more than superb. I was shown some of the waste material that was taken out of the ducts, and was amazed at the contents. Just knowing that the ducts were cleaned out makes me feel better living in my home. I can breath easier,

Dr Christopher Grazon has been my doctor since late spring when I fell and injured my back, hip and knee. After a thorough interview, review of X-rays and diagnosis, he started treating me twice a week. It was a gradual process but I agreed to do the stretches and exercises that he recommended. My appointments have now become once a month and found amazing improvement in motion and pain relief. I found that he is very professional and does not rush through the appointment. I highly recommend him as a chiropractor.

Mike came to our newly built home to check out the water pressure. He took the time to check the outside faucets as well as the inside explaining everything along the way. He showed us our options with a booster along with the sump backup option. He was knowledgeable and friendly and easy to talk with which was very much appreciated as I am not well versed in plumbing.
I called Tom for a quote to roll and dethatch my lawn. He returned my call promptly and was right out to look at the job and give me a quote. Our dentist retired some months ago. Did not like who took over. Went to Gentle Dentistry and was even more disappointed. Came to Dr. Genewicks office today with my husband and we were both pleasantly surprised. We came from a smaller practice and wanted to find a smaller practice. Maureen was my hygienist. She couldn't have been more welcoming or kind. She was also very gentle and thorough. The office is quiet. We are happy to have found a place to land for our dental needs and care.

At Wegman's - Transit & Losson - two (2) years ago, I was buying a lottery ticket and the young Customer Service fellow had such an outstanding haircut I had to ask him where he got it.
(I'm 70 now, so a lifetime of haircuts from when I was a kid to being a grampa, at traditional barber shops and national chains.)
The Wegman's fellow said, "Steven's on Aurora at the four corners in Lancaster."
I'll stick with Steven now as long as I'm living in Western New York, gladly driving to his shop from Elma.
I'm just a stranger to anyone reading this, but still I would say you owe it to yourself to give Steven"s Barber Shop a try. Turns out his grampa retired after decades of owning & operating D&L Barber Shop right around the corner. So it seems it's definitely in Steven's genes to be the outstanding barber he is.

Tess is just amazing. I've been going to her for a few months now growing my hair for my wedding, but decided I missed my pixie cut! Tess gave me THE perfect pixie with my complex curls -maybe my favorite cut to date- and was too funny the whole cut. If I could give more stars, I would!!!

I've been going here to get my hair cut for a while and the overall vibe is something I'd give a 5 out of 5 just because it's not too big of a building to where it feels like I have to walk a mile to get my haircut and not too small as to where it feels like everyone's on top of each other. The hair cut I've gotten there has been great each time and feel like there's more professionalism than some of the other places I've gotten my haircut at (Gary's barber shop which I've already done a review on and Steven's barber shop)
My fence is approaching 6yrs old and all is great. Nice fellows. And professional.

Kevin and his partner were incredible. This is my third year using Beauty Pools for our closing and this was by far my best experience to date. The pool was vacuumed and skimmed meticulously. All the screws and parts removed from the pool were sorted and stored neatly for the spring opening instead of being all thrown into one big basket to figure out later. The excess from the cover was folded under the water bags nicely for a clean look instead of being left unfurled to blow in the wind. I will absolutely be requesting his crew for my opening and closing from now on!
A big shout out to Ron & Katie in the Lancaster location. I’m snowbirding in NC and my frames broke on me. They were under warranty so I shipped them to the Lancaster office on a Saturday. They arrived on a Monday. Ron & Katie immediately changed out the broken frames for the new ones, inserted the lenses and Ron immediately walked them over to the post office for priority delivery. Glasses arrived on Wednesday and couldn’t be happier. Outstanding customer service by Ron & Katie and the entire Thomas Turtle team!

Davey Tree just removed three 80 to 90 foot trees very close to house and deck. If you need tree service you need Davey. In the 48 years of living in the woods had many other services. Davey is the tops from the estimate man Ed to the crew! Not a branch touched the deck or other things nearby. Was amazing to watch and cleaned up everything including leaf blowing driveway and paths to these trees.
Kudos to this hardworking crew of 3. I could go on and on and hope this helps others as I called 4 others and a couple a bit cheaper but you get what u pay for. One even hung up on me when I said I went with Davey as he never called me back in 2 weeks! He solidified my decision to go with Davey!!
Such cute place! The customer service was outstanding! Two very nice ladies! The prices were beyond reasonable and the variety was great. Was visiting from out of town and the ladies gave great local recommendations. There was a great mix of fall and Christmas. Beautiful!
We went two weeks ago to The Delavan Hotel It's located in Buffalo near Depew and close to the airport We got a really good deal for a night's stay on Booking The hotel is super elegant and classy Right when you enter the hotel reception was courteous and professional They checked us in with ease Overall the whole facility was super chiq Carpeted hallways on the suites level They play on a soft speaker crooner music like Sinatra and Buble in the hallways The room was amazing!!! Super comfy king bed The bathroom was elegant and clean Walk-in shower Couples bathroom with two sinks They have a nice little gift shop in the lobby area with various nice little items like candles, jewelry, and clothing My husband dined on their on-site restaurant, the Chandelier Bar at Salvatore's I got to try the coconut shrimp he bought and it was super yummy Side note ....the bar is super elegant and the staff are dressed to the nines Service here was super friendly and classy I have nothing but good things to say and I would definitely come back again for a stay here at this spot
