Today, 6 months later their service tech just got done installing a new water heater since my exactly 10 year old one quit. He was extremely courteous and professional. The job was estimated for 2 to 3 hours and he was done in just over 90 minutes. I am extremely pleased with Turnbull heating and air and will most likely have them do further work when needed. “We've had Isaac's out 3 times. We live on the backside of nowhere, so it can be hard to find someone who will come promptly. All 3 times we've been very happy with the work. We have a tankless water heater/boiler combo and they have fixed it for us. We've also had a pipe burst and a spigot rot off the pipe. Gabrielle Patchet is very kind and helpful when you call in a plumbing emergency panic.
