Bill and his team are great (and also very very patient)! We had damage in our house and they handled everything from beginning to end. They kept us informed every step of the way. And, the flooring looks amazing! Bill listened to all of my concerns and made excellent suggestions. Highly highly recommend them.

Patrick explained all my options thoroughly, was up front with all costs, and put me in the position to build my own bathroom in my budget.
