Angie gave me the BEST MASSAGE I have ever had. I am in my 70s and have had hundreds of massages in my life so this is HIGH Praise. I skied Whiteface for 3 days in March and I was feeling quite stressed. So I signed up for a 90 minutes massage and the massage completely fixed all my problem areas so I was able to go out and ski some more. Angie provided one of those deep tissue massages where you are on the verge of crying but when it was over, it felt so good. I should have gotten the 2 hour massage. When I ski next winter, I'll be back for the 2 hour massage. Paul

Dawn Tonneau is a new therapist at Healing Elements, but she’s been my therapist for years! I love myofascial release therapy which is her specialty! Since I’ve been doing the treatments w her My tension headaches gone away!! She’s a fantastic therapist and a great person! MFR is simply a superb technique to relax those tense muscles!

I had the BEST deep tissue massage of my life. Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable, completely understood my ridiculous way of saying what it was I was looking for and made me feel totally relaxed and refreshed.
