“I had such a positive experience yesterday with Dr. Nicole Paccione and if my dog Marigold could talk, I believe she would say the same! Not only was she kind and respectful to my dog she was extremely knowledgeable and explained her condition to me in a clear, understandable way. It was also apparent that she was mindful of costs and did her best to keep the cost of the visit as affordable as possible. She even called me the next day to review my dogs blood work with me and to check in and see how she was doing! Dr. Paccione is a knowledgeable, respectful, wonderful veternarian and i would highly recommend her...I will now be brining all my animals to her exclusively. Oh and the secretary Arlene was extremely helpful, pleasant and so friendly!“

“My nieces cat has had terrible allergies for a year. Her last vet just kept giving steroids and didn't recommend blood work or much else. A colleague referred me here and we have been blown away by: 1) the empathy on the phone 2) the availability for an appt 3) the time Dr.Tara took to listen to the background, review records from the former vet, and explain a strategy. We aren't sure if the treatments will work yet, but we know we are in good hands!“

“I've used them 3 times and I think they're great. They even squeezed me in when my little chihuahua had pancreatitis on a Saturday. They made room even though they were jammed packed . It would have cost me a fortune if I had to go to emergency on sunday . The little guy is doing good and I'm so thankful. Most of all the constant smiles are what really helped me calm down from being in a panic mode. To bad they cant subscribe anti anxiety meds for the parents. Lol . Everything went well.Only problem I have is I can never tell them apart as they are identical twins.Whenever I call with a question they always call me back.I had been looking for a new vet and picked Twins because of all the great reviews. “We just wanted to leave our deepest, heatfelt thanks to Dr. Cassidy Gillum. She has helped us and our cat through the last leg of his journey with grace and care. This isn't how we wanted to meet, but we couldn't have asked for a better, more compassionate professional to have helped us through this very difficult time. We always felt listened to and that both we and our pet were deeply cared for. Dr. Gillium was honest with us and was patient with our questions and gave actionable, clear, kind feedback. We never felt like we were just a number or the "next in line" with her. I don't think there is an impatient or condescending bone in her body. Although we no longer have any pets to bring in, and our hearts are broken, we had just the right person to guide through this we could have possibly ever ask for. With her help we were able to fully understand the situation, the available options, and were able to make sure his final couple of weeks were as comfortable as possible. Although we are devastated -we know we had everything we needed to make the right choices and have no regrets. Dr. Gillian comes with our highest of reccomendations, and we wish her nothing but the best.“

“Dr. Cronin is incredibly caring, kind and humane with you and your fur babies. She's honest, transparent and explains everything to you so that you make an informed decision. She doesn't manipulate you into getting unnecessary things that won't help your vet reach a diagnosis. And if what is needed is something out of her expertise, she will provide a referral to a trusted expert. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Dr. Cronin and her friendly staff. Because it's a small practice, don't wait until the last minute to make an appointment. However, if you need to be seen same day, call and many times they will do their best to accommodate you. This is a great and loving practice.“
