I've been going to them for a while now and have had nothing but pleasant experiences each time. The first time was to have a zipper replaced on a pair of pants, in addition to having some things cleaned. I paid in advance and when I picked up my clothes, I received a refund. They were able to repair the zipper instead of replacing it so they gave me back 2/3 of what I paid on the tailoring.
I just had a dress hemmed and some more dry cleaning done and am very happy with the results. I've never had a garment ruined or stained, my clothes always come back in much better shape than when I drop them off.
