Steven answered my call and offered to come and do the requested inspection on a house the same day as he had some time open and would be busy the next few days. He showed up promptly and led me and my wife around the house during a thorough examination which he explained to us as we went. He communicated very well and patiently answered all of our questions. He was friendly and it was an enjoyable experience for me and my wife.
