We recently decided to sell our condo at Lake George, listed it with the Sherwood Group. Lonnie knows everything there is to know about the Lake George real estate market and Gregg Sherry made the whole process very easy.
I wasn’t able to get to our unit to clean it out so, Gregg arranged to have it cleaned up and cleaned out.
Really the whole process was quick and easy. The condo was listed for sale on Thursday and sold 5 days later at a good price.
