Wow. My wife and I cannot express the level of service and professionalism we experienced . We purchased a house in October of last year and I knew in my head that at some point come spring summer we were going to need to call an hvac company to service our unit.
With the weather warming up against my better judgement I allowed my family to talk me into turning the unit on prior to being serviced . Needless to say 7 days into running the unit it was freezing up and leaking into the ceiling .

The Technician Gene, was on time, he went right to work, and he knew what he was doing. He explained to me in detail about what the problem was, and recommend the best solution for it. He also tested my unit and made the necessary adjustments to fix it. He was VERY Professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Him for ALL of your HAVC needs.

I found Gene through his home mailing advertisement. I took a chance since he was available where others were not, and I was not disappointed. Gene was on time and was an educator on why I should replace a part and then showed me the damage in the part. Gene not only cleaned my oil boiler, but he made sure all the radiators were giving off adequate heat for each room by bleeding them. Gene also checked that multiple gas and hot water heaters were working properly and safe to the requirements of Central Hudson and the state. I would highly recommend Gene of Generous Heating and Cooling and the first to call for all my heating and cooling needs.
