Glad to have found John. He came to Ithaca and measured for new blinds. He was accommodating as to appointment timing and arrived exactly when he said he would. Very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. While measuring for new blinds, I mentioned a problem with another existing blind (which he had not installed). He went above and beyond to order me a part and fixed the problematic blind. I would definitely use John again!
JG removed dozens of trees from our homeowners association property at the end of 2023. The association board and residents were pleased with the work Josh's crews did, including prompt work, thorough clean up and courteous staff. Highly recommended.
I was trying desperately to find a company that would take care of a problem on a rental property that was about to be sold. After leaving numerous messages to a variety of businesses I called SHUTES WATER SYSTEMS and actually got a live voice who was most helpful. After explaining my situation , she assured me that a service technician would be in touch. Within the hour, Scott Shute called and was at the house. I really thought that the well pump had to be replaced. Much to my surprise the well pump was fine and the problem was minor at best. Keep in mind that I was a new customer and the response time was very, very fast. It was a pleasure to do business with SHUTES . They are professional , prompt and courteous and would highly recommend them to anyone with well / water problems. Thank you again !! ?????
This is a small professional business that pays attention to detail and customer satisfaction. The three gentleman observed all OSHA regulations, paid attention to detail and care of my property. Everyone was very polite and very accommodating to completing the service requested.Detail was emphasized on lawn protection by placing plywood under the wheels in order to leave no tire impressions! All of the debris was removed and raked from the surrounding area!I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for tree removal big or small, these guys can handle it!!!I almost forgot, talk about a reasonable price ?, I had another tree service come out and quoted almost double the price and would not touch it unless I had most of the tree removed!!!
I can't believe I haven't posted a review before, as we've been regular customers for a couple of years. This is the only place we will leave our dogs - and Christine (owner) is literally the only person outside of the family that our anxious little doxie mix truly loves. She always goes way above and beyond to help us and to care for our dogs. Can't say enough good things about Lafayette Kennels!
I think that the entire staff at this Veterinary Clinic are so thoughtful, kind, and thorough.
