“My father passed away on Sept 11, 2017. It was the middle of the night and my sister and I didn't know what to do , who to call , the hospital help us a little with what our next steps would be . We called Amigone and someone actually answered the phone at 2 am , she explained what would happen next and that we needed to come to the funeral home at 9 am. We arrive on time and met with Anthony Spano , he help us through the most difficult process of planning ALL the arrangements for our dad, Anthony is an amazing , compassionate professional individual who supported us through the entire process . The day of the funeral Anthony and Vincent Amagone were there to support our family - they once again came through and their huge support and compassion will never be forgotten . Our Mother couldn't believe the beautiful service that was put together . My husband commented how helpful they were to the pallbearers. They put together the most amazing video with my dad's favorite songs for the evening of the wake . “I highly recommend Lombardo's in Orchard Park. From the moment we walked in for our planning appointment up to the closing at the cemetary. They were amazing with communication, empathetic to our situation and very patient as we made arrangements. During the service, they had added an amazing touch of class by serving warm chocolate chip cookies to the immediate family. The smell of the cookies was very comforting and put your mind at ease in a very difficult time of loss. Every single staff member was courteous, accomodating and comforting, as well as professional. I also wanted to share that The video option was super special and the program used was very easy to work with. It's very nice that they give you a copy too. The director Joe was so kind and professional. Very good at what he does.<br>As well as every single staff member. Joe's words were very meaningful and he is a very genuine man. “I have always been impressed by the Kaczor Funeral Home. They took care of my sisters and my brother. More recently my husband.Jim was very caring and made sure everything was as I wanted it to be.The day of the funeral was very stressful but the staff of Kaczor's made sure everything was taken care of.
