It is such a relief to post this review for Premier Lawn Services. I have a very long driveway and my 89 year young Mom lives with me. I have hired a local guy for several years and I have always had to call several times to get him to come out. Sometimes he would answer and sometimes he would not. I was traveling in Rochester and we received quite a bit of snow. My Mom couldn't walk to get in her car without stepping in at least the 3 inches of snow, but it was more, and the garbage had to be taken down. Needless to say, he never came to plow after multiple calls to him. He said it wasn't 3 inches of snow. I came home and shoveled and shoveled. I found Premier's sign and immediately contacted them. OMG!
Jim is so reliable and conscientious. He actually marked off my driveway, and I am amazed how they show up without having to call them and I don't worry anymore about the snow.

Noticed a small soft spot in the wall where the previous owners “patched”. Poked through the patch to find a small “pin hole” in the sewer pipe coming from the second story to the basement. Called and spoke to Mark, he had Jonah out within hours, with a small hole made in the wall, noted the previous owner hung something by drilled a screw through the pipe. Jonah recommended a fix and had it done and on his way. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Replaced D-box, outlet baffle, and a few pipes. Very polite, showed up on time, completed on time, cleaned up the job site, and pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend and will use them again in the future!
Doug has done 3 jobs for me two are very big- bathroom and kitchen/stair remodel. He’s an excellent worker with great skill and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
