Doug was here to do a "maintenance" service. He called to advise that service can still be done, despite the rain, and explained what the application will entail. He was here shortly afterwards and got the work done, with minimal disruption to our morning routing, and even gave the dog some love! Doug came to the door before leaving to explain what he did. He was very professional.

Removed a large hornet nest which wasn't an easy task. The technician did a thorough job. Kept us updated of expected arrival time. Good communication for the entire process. Informed us of what to expect (a couple of hornets will be out of the nest at any given time and would have escaped the extermination and may try to rebuild a new nest and to call of this happens).Service: Hornet & wasp extermination
