I moved to Kingston recently and this studio has been one of many wonderful places to land in Kingston. They offer a very welcoming and inclusive atmosphere with so much attention to each student having a positive experience. It’s obvious how much effort the owners and the teachers put in to making this studio a place where people can feel comfortable and get a good workout.

I use the Kingston studio that’s close to my job. There’s another studio South of Kingston in Highland. Parking can be a challenge so, arrive early. There’s a bathroom but no showers; however, there are dressing stalls. The studio provides all the necessary equipment for practice (Matt’s, blocks, pillows, blankets and straps). The most important part of the studio are the instructors. I’ve practiced with several of them and they all bring something unique to the practice, but each brought skill, knowledge and the ability to bridge the space between the physical and spiritual. In town visiting. Dropped in for the 830a House Mix class. A good dose of power yoga but well paced, good instruction. Mats, blocks, bolsters etc available The teacher and class carried wonderful heart energy. I felt very welcome. I would recommend this class for people with experience practicing.
