Don't waste your time and don't give this place a single dollar! Horrible service. Rude. Insensitive. They won't answer the phone 15 min before lunch or closing. Weird hours. No one does anything they say they will. Blame other people for their lack of follow through. DO NOT RECOMMEND

absolutely 100% objectified during my intake process, and during my first appointment. they need sensitivity training, and some of their information about diagnoses are very outdated. way too institutionalized and there's no personalization with the care team. gave them a chance twice, never again.

Lala is amazing. Works with clients, has never made a decision in regard to meds without having a fully transparent conversation. Im a client who doesnt mind waiting a bit and am flexible to reschedules and other areas where I can, so my only criticisms are stuff I dont mind. In turn I am consistently amazed at her ability in general, and the kindness she carries with her.Scheduling an appointment is easy. Occassionally your phone call wont be picked up, but try again in a half hour or so they will be there.New patient portal (due to merger or takeover of some sort) is difficult to sign in/navigate, but that also may be because I am used to doing it differently.Overall,...read full review
